What makes
us unique

What distinguishes Hazardous Pro is that we approach each project as if it were our own home, with safety as our top priority.
Unlike others, we start when the state approves permits, which takes about 10 business days. If the job is an emergency, we can request a waiver number and get started right away.

Dicontamination Process

  1. We will have a full containment (if applicable) on the day of the job to contain the area in which we will be working.
  2. Our negative air machine will be running at all times inside the containment.
  3. A three-chamber decontamination system will be installed outside the containment to ensure that nothing leaves the containment unclean or improperly bagged.
  4. We'll use a wet method to remove the asbestos, double bag it, and label it.
  5. After all of the asbestos has been removed, a state hygienist will conduct a visual examination or an air quality test to ensure that the removal was completed effectively.
  6. When the hygienist gives us the (okay) the bagged asbestos will be disposed of either within the state or sent out of state.
  7. The hygienist will give the client a clearance letter stating that everything was thoroughly removed and that there are no signs of asbestos. (The hygienist is an independent third party who is not employed by Hazardous Pro.)
We provide services to both residential and commercial establishments, ensuring that everyone is safe.
